Life at Wonderspring

Get an inside look at why our employees love working here.

I’ve been at Wonderspring for 50 years. The kids make my heart happy. I love when parents come and are so excited about how happy their children are. And my assistant teachers are phenomenal. It makes a big difference when you work with great people.

Lori Liberatoscioli (the toddler whisperer)
Toddler Lead Teacher, Narberth

The greatest thing you can do in life is to help mold a young life and love what you do.

Rose Morrison
Infant Lead Teacher, New Market West

I love working at Wonderspring. The Center Directors are helpful and compassionate. They really listen to us as staff and are very accommodating. You can tell that the families feel that way as well. The organizational leaders are also great to work with.

Ciara Douglas

I love Wonderspring because it provides me with a career where I can teach children to love learning and start their path as lifelong learners, where I have grown professionally, and support my family.

Kelly Krepps
PreK Counts Lead Teacher, Pottstown

Being around the kids is the best part of work! There is no better feeling than to have 10 – 20 kids say “Hi, Mr. Bob!”, it is the most rewarding work I have ever done.

Bob Harker
Director of Facility Operations, Mission Support

I started working at Wonderspring Colonial while in college. The Directors have always been accommodating of my school schedule. The split shift worked great as it allowed flexibility for school, homework, and to complete other things during the day. I enjoy working with the School Age children as we are able to have advanced conversations and interactions.
